Typographical Errors and Availability of Products

In the event a Jon-Marie Marketing product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Jon-Marie Marketing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Jon-Marie Marketing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has already been charged. If you credit card has already been charged for the purchase and you order is cancelled, Jon-Marie Marketing shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The products and services displayed on the Site may not be available for purchase in your particular country or locality. The reference to such products and services on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time in your particular location. You should check with a Jon-Marie Marketing representative for the availability and price of specific products and services in your area.

Miscellaneous

You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Jon-Marie Marketing products) shall be in the courts located in the Republic of Singapore.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site (including but not limited to the purchase of Jon-Marie Marketing products) must be commenced within six (6) calendar months after the claim or cause of action arises. Jon-Marie Marketing's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Jon-Marie Marketing may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

If, for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of said Terms and Conditions or any portion thereof to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of this agreement and the remainder of said Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Use of Site

As long as you comply with said Terms and Conditions hereto, Jon-Marie Marketing grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, display, and use this Site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this Site in any manner.
